If you're over 4 years old (and we guess you are), any LEGO® set in our library will work for you. However, if you want a closer age guide to make the best choice, we recommend checking the set’s recommended age on the set listing, which can help you decide which set will be a good fit for your skills and interests.

This ensures you select a set that offers the right level of challenge and enjoyment for your age group.

How long can I hold onto a LEGO® set?

Hold onto your LEGO® set for as long as you like – no rush! With 'Mystery Set' or ‘Pro Builder’ subscriptions, you can borrow one set at a time. Ready for a new one? Send it back, and we’ll let you know when you can borrow again. Want more? Choose the ‘Master Builder’ subscription for two sets at a time and save with our annual plans!

What is the VIP membership at Lend A Brick and how can I join?

The VIP membership at Lend A Brick is our exclusive Elite LEGO Builders Membership, designed specifically for master builders who are eager to tackle the most challenging and premium LEGO sets available.

These sets can be extremely intricate and sometimes cost thousands of pounds, so membership is restricted to invitation only to ensure that only the most dedicated and experienced builders have access.

As a VIP member, you'll not only be able to take on these complex builds, but you'll also receive a welcome pack and a variety of free gifts as part of your membership. If you're interested in becoming a VIP member, when you have had an active subscription for 3 consecutive months you will be able to apply for the VIP membership, but the list is short and we only take on a few members each year as to make sure there is enough sets to go round.

What should I do if I receive a LEGO® set from Lend A Brick with missing pieces?

At Lend A Brick, we strive to ensure your LEGO® building experience is as enjoyable as possible. To that end, we thoroughly check each set before dispatching it to make sure it's complete.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a set with missing pieces, please don't worry. Missing a piece or two may not ruin your build, but we understand that it can be inconvenient.

If you find any pieces missing from your set, please inform us immediately by emailing hi@lendabrick.com. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly to keep your LEGO® adventure on track.

What should I do if I lose some LEGO® pieces from a set I've borrowed from Lend A Brick?

Of course! We’re only human. Sometimes accidents happen and LEGO® pieces go AWOL. If you lose  please let us know we work on a 3 strike rule before you are charged for missing pieces. We may be able to replace them from our library at no extra cost to you. However, please be aware that we always check sets on return. If you send a set back with missing minifigures or more then a few pieces there will be additional charges as we will have to replace them but you will only pay the actual cost of the replacement plus any shipping or processing fees.

PRIME SETS What are they?

Accepted Answer

PRIME sets are bigger sets with a higher value, Normally £200 or more in value and cost a bit more to Post out and insure in the postage, they are £9.95 postage and you need to have had a continues subscription of 3 moths or more. Look out for the prime label on sets.
